News and notes (New Card)
- Super Warrior Snake spoke to the press today. He said that he and his partner, Beast were now on the same page. Snake said his MAX World Tag Team title would always be a priority, but he was given a chance to take the MAX World Heavyweight title and took it. He said he would have expected Beast to do the same.
- Genichiro Tenryu said that the challenge to Super Warrior Beast is still open as Tenryu wants to defeat both members of the team.
- MAX officals announced the Chase brothers are the new contenders for the MAX World Tag Team titles. The brothers lost their last match to N-GEN and Tiger Demon, but with Demon defending his Jr. title, they were awarded a shot.
- Unit B and Unit T will wrestle..each other!! The tag recieved a letter from the future telling them that they have not been 100% successful and so, a true leader must be determined. The winner of the match with get a GOLD SUIT and declared the leader of the team!
- Kensuke Sasaki and Katsuhiko Nakajima are returning to MAX! They will team with Tenryu to face XJPW and a surprise one night third member.
- Hannibal Kong is no longer wearing T-800's mask, but one of his own. He now wearing a variation of a "machine" (Super Strong Machine, The Machines, etc) mask and has changed his name to Demon Machine Kong.
- HUGE announcement regarding the MAX World Junior Heavyweight title match. Tiger Demon will defend the title in a steel cage match!! Officals are extremely upset with Demon Army members attacking other wrestlers and this is their plan to keep them out of the match.
- There is some talk that a World Cup of Wrestling could be happening in July. Expect it to be a juniors only tournament since the heavyweights had the Crash Carnival.
